Shipping & Returns
Studio Byhaa aims to provide a reliable and transparent shopping experience.
The following terms outline our shipping, delivery, and return policies.
Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
A confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once the order is dispatched.
Shipping costs
Calculated automatically in proforma-invoice, based on destination and parcel weight.
Estimated delivery times:
Denmark: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–8 business days
International
7–21 business days (delivery time may vary depending on the clients exact location).
Customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Studio Byhaa is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.
Carriers: We partner with trusted couriers including DSV, GLS & DAO to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made or special-order products are non-refundable.
Return Procedure

Return Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Studio By HAA cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Promotional gifts must be returned alongside qualifying items; otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
In cases where parcels are unclaimed or refused and returned to us, return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange
To exchange an item, please complete a standard return for a refund. For inquiries, contact info@studiobyhaa.com.

Payments
Orders & Payments
Wholesale
Orders are accepted and must meet a minimum order requirement of 10 pieces per order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order Process
Orders can be placed directly through our sales team by email at info@studiobyhaa.com.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a summary including item details, quantities, total amount, and estimated lead time.
Payment Terms
All payments are invoiced in DKK & € unless otherwise specified.
Orders are processed once payment has been received, unless other terms have been agreed upon.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or other approved methods. In special cases we can send a payment link.
Changes & Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations must be requested in writing within 12 hours of order confirmation.
After production or processing has begun, the order cannot be altered or cancelled.
You can always add to the order, but sometimes that will change the date of deadline.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Studio Byhaa reserves the right to adjust pricing, correct errors, or refuse orders due to availability or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
